Terms of Service

Navya AI is a month-to-month subscription at the advertised price, billed in USD. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Setup is included at no extra charge for the Christmas offer. All work is subject to the fair use policy below. Prices locked under the Christmas offer stay locked while your subscription remains active. The service is provided as-is; we work to keep your automations running reliably and will fix issues promptly when reported.

Fair use policy

Your $20/month plan covers whatever your business reasonably needs — automations, integrations, AI assistants, the business suite, custom apps and full management of your system. To keep this price possible for every customer:

• Requests are worked on in the order received, with one active project per business at a time.
• Larger builds, such as custom apps, are delivered in stages over several weeks.
• The plan covers one business. Reselling our work or building for other companies is not included.
• Third-party usage costs — such as SMS/call credits, paid ad spend, domain fees or unusually high AI usage — are passed through at cost, and we'll always tell you before any charge.
• If a request is far beyond normal small-business use, we'll talk to you first about the options. We will never bill you extra without your approval.
